NOTD: Milani Texture Nail Lacquer in Aqua Splash
Milani Texture Nail Lacquer is a collection featuring six new shades with a sandy, textured finish.
I did two coats and let it dry then you start to see the texture more and more. No top coat!
I really do like the bumpy finish.
