Today I want to share with you all my NOTD using Milani nail polish in Pink Rocks.
This is a very pretty Neon hot pink color and has a Matte finish.
I used three coats and also used Sally Hansen top coat to make it shinny.

Cute color. I am not sure how I feel about matte nails. I always put a shiny top coat on them too. Like the new layout of the blog>
